We collect director details (email, name, title, gender, phone), driver's licence, date of birth, business information (ABN, address, trading data), bank details, and credit ratings/history. This information is collected directly, from credit providers, credit reporting bodies (Illion), verification services, marketing companies, and business partners.

This is used to facilitate the extending of credit, including financial assessment, creditworthiness evaluation, account management, regulatory compliance, analytics, dispute resolution, product information, and quality assurance.

2.4 Marketing Activities

We collect name, email, browsing history, location data, IP address, browser/OS information, and access duration through online forms, service providers, and marketing companies. This is used to understand customer intention and stage of purchase journey, support applicants, conduct de-identified analytics, and manage mailing list subscriptions.

2.5 Human Resources

We collect contact details, bank details, residency information, next of kin, employment history, identifying documents (passport, licence, photo), CV information, tax/superannuation data, background check results, and referee information. This is collected through onboarding forms and pre-employment screening to process applications for employment or engagement.
